Chalet Obergurgl Luxury Apartments offers a selection of accommodations, including Premium One-Bedroom Apartments (40 to 55 m²), Premium Three-Bedroom Apartments (110 to 120 m²), and Premium Four-Bedroom Apartments (approximately 120 m² plus an additional 25 m² double room). Each apartment includes a separate bedroom with a private bathroom. Select apartments feature a shared living room with a pull-out couch. Amenities include flat-screen TVs with satellite and Sky channels, and a well-equipped kitchen. Bathrooms include Luis Trenker toiletries. Some apartments have balconies with limited views overlooking the inner courtyard or street.

Chalet Obergurgl does not have an onsite restaurant. Guests can order from the Ötztal Bakery until 4 p.m. via the tablet in their apartment for delivery the next day. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. A Nespresso capsule machine with 10 servings is provided in each apartment. Salt, pepper, toaster, and fondue dishes are also included.

Chalet Obergurgl features a spa area with an indoor pool (32°C water temperature), open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. A sauna is available (nude area, opens at 2:00 pm) with sauna towels provided. There is also a fitness studio with Life Fitness equipment. Guests can access six ski resorts with a total of 350 kilometres of pistes. Direct access to three ski lifts (Festkogelbahn, Roßkarbahn and Hohe-Mut-Bahn cable cars) is available.

Chalet Obergurgl is located in Obergurgl, at the end of the Ötztal Valley, 100 km from Kranebitten Airport. The Oetztal train station is 60 kilometers away. The hotel offers VIP transfer services from Innsbruck Airport starting from 225 Euros. Helicopter transfers are available from 1,980 Euros. The hotel provides an outdoor car park free of charge and an underground garage for 10 Euros per car per day. Charging stations are available for electric cars. A toll sticker is required for motorways. No toll sticker is required for Fernpass mountain pass.

Chalet Obergurgl provides daily cleaning service that includes making beds, airing rooms, and disposing of waste. Laundry service is available for 39 Euros. The hotel offers a ski room with a ski boot dryer. High-speed Wi-Fi is complimentary. A code for the Chalet Obergurgl App is provided to view information and available dates. Babysitting is not provided but Cots and high chairs are available. A deposit of 3 Euros is required for the Ötztal Inside Summer Card.
